Today Olivia and I made applesauce from the apples we grow on the farm. We used an Amish recipe and it turned out great.
I also made Limoncello, an Italian liqueur made with vodka, lemons, sugar, and water. The lemons will soak in the vodka for two weeks then I will add the sugar and water.

Picked Beets
Olivia came over today and we made 11 quarts of picked beets. The beets were grown on the farm, Olivia picked them yesterday. I forgot to take a picture of all the beets before we cleaned them but I did get some good pictures.

Yesterday Jeff and I drove Sommer to Madison to pick up her stuff, it was an all day long trip but we did get some beautiful pictures.
